Nostos Editions was founded in 1991 by Dimitra Dimitra and Marineta Papachimona, authors of the Ellinika Tora series (first published by Ammos, 1987).
Apart from revising the series and enriching it with workbooks and supplementary material (Answer keys, CDs, grammar rules and vocabularies in various languages) they publish Greek easy readers and selective Modern Greek poetry and prose.

Ellinika Tora (Greek Now)

Written by two experienced teachers, Dimitra Dimitra and Marineta Papachimona, the "Ellinika Tora (Greek Now)" series, taught in more than one hundred universities, schools and Modern Greek Studies Centers all over the world, has been designed for students over 12 years of age and covers level Α (Α1 and A2) and level B (B1 and B2) of Modern Greek as a second/foreign language.
